We stopped in at Tentworld Burleigh Heads to sort it out. They didn't have a replacement but did everything they could to solve the issue so that we could continue our camping trip. The staff were super helpful, particularly Antony who provided a temporary solution to fix the issues with our tent, erected it to check everything was fine and provided useful advice. Highly recommend!
