Father and son team were more than happy to answer all my questions and actually visually walked me through the issue. Good old fashioned quality service. Rare these days. Will be the shop for me. - mrchargreaves Added January 18, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had these guys change my spark plugs only to have the boat run much worse, I took it to another mechanic who discovered that all four of the plugs had been forced in and were badly cross threaded, Three plugs were so crooked and badly chewed up that they weren’t even seated properly. I had to have $400 of work done to fix the mess they created as well as paying for 4 new plugs. I went back with photographs and the full report from the other mechanic and politely requested a full refund of $133 which they originally charged me to put the plugs in. I was only given a part refund of $33 for the plugs and told that because it took an hour to do the work that they would not give me a full refund. Terrible skills and even worse customer service...
