  All facets of this clinic are amazing. I have been treated by physios, chiros podiatrists and massage therapists, all of whom are skillful and professional. The pilates has kept me fit and mobile through serious injury.

  I have been coming to The Living Well Studio for over 5 years, and they cater for all my health and fitness needs - from chiro and physio to pilates and massage. The pilates classes are small, offering an individual program and the Instructor's attention to personalising exercises and programs is what keeps me coming back. The customer service is phenomenal and all the staff are knowledgable and friendly. Love, love, love my classes and appointments at The Living Well Studio.

  Amazing physio-led pilates classes, especially Dan. I love the personal attention and small group sizes. I've been going to Living Well for 2-3 years now and feel much stronger and more flexible. Highly recommend.

  I have been a client of the living world studio in Burliegh for years. Two weeks ago I had made a chiro appointment I attended my appointment in the afternoon and they apologised for not calling me to notify me that my chiropractor was away. Unfortunately he was unwell and l had to see a different Chiro due to sports injury.
  
  Today I arrived again for remedial massage from a sports injury. I offered to pay with my bupa first before going into for the procedure. The payment was declined so I mediately called bupa . l ensured them there should be no problem as I pay for full private health. When I spoke to bupa the problem turned out that their remedial massage did not have her insurance sorted with Bupa. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for them while they used my phone to find this information out.
  
  This problem was not mine and bupa pay a 100% as I have full insurance. They expected me to pay for the massage upfront. I explained to them that I was not in financial situation as I had to come up with surgery money for next week. l let them know my personal information. Then they called the general manager and they weren't willing to assist me with this. I feel that this was very poor client services. I am absolutely disgusted in the way I was treated over the last 2 weeks at the livingwell studio Burleigh. I would not recommend that use this practice. This is not a go at the practitioners there, this is a complaint at the management and their poor form to do their checks before clients attend their services. Extremely unhappy.
