When I started training at CrossFit Burleigh, I was battling with some old injuries and Taryn was/is fantastic at adapting workouts for my injuries. The attention and focus on proper technique has strengthened my entire body, giving me the ability to do activities and sports that I was told I would not be able to do again. I'm so impressed with the results and look forward to every session!
