Firstly today (Sunday) we were recommended to come half an hour later at 1pm. Thank you for doing that. No long queues. Food was brilliant. Kids had so much fun at the play area and jumping castle and face painting. THEY LOST ONE STAR because my grandson had his fingers jammed in games room door. PLEASE have this door remain open to avoid children being hurt. I was standing close by but was not quick enough
