  Terrible service. I chose to vote with my feet and walk out. A rude customer pushed in front of me at the counter. I told the assistant he pushed in front. She looked at me, did not say a word and continued to serve the arrogant male. I work in retail and know the basics of customer service, something the assistant does not.

  DO NOT BOOK YOUR COVID VAX HERE. I made an appointment for my Covid vax, I have a broken hip so am on crutches. Go over on my lunch break, wait for 30mins and then have to leave as I know you are instructed to wait 15mins after. I sat there for 30mins watching the pharmacist do customer's scripts. Pretty sure all those customer's didn't have an appointment to have their scripts filled. At one stage there were no customer's waiting for their scripts. Then some guy that came in 10mins after me went in before me. I know 5 people that have got theirs done at a chemist and were in and out in 30mins. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Why bother taking appointments when you can't handle them

  Totally disappointed that services that everyone needs are not being made available so Covid 19 shots can be given. I am not against these injections being done but when it effects other essential services, such as blood pressure tests being available, it is simply not acceptable. You can't get into a doctors these days either so the chemists need to support the older population. Very sad to see that everything is so focused on one particular issue and allowing so many other health issues become none important.

  I have been a customer of this store for over 10 years now and visit the store several times a week. Jules and the girls behind the counter are so much fun, helpful and makes my visit a real hoot every time I go. Its more than just the meds etc. A good conversation and laugh makes it special. The store has everything our family needs and all the team there are so helpful and delightful. Highly recommended.

  My wife & I have been customers since moving to the GC 5 years ago. We both have a retail management background & get a kick out of seeing (& being served by) helpful, friendly & knowledgeable staff (PLUS with a sense of humour!!) & with a great product range. Good stuff guys! We very "happy chappies" to call Burleigh Town Chempro our local Pharmacy.

  Excellent service and advice at this pharmacy.
  We have trusted them with our dispensing of scripts, pharmaceutical advice, health advice, flu shots etc. for over 10 years.
  CPAP and blood pressure equipment and supplies.
  Great range of giftware as well
  A one stop shop ...
