  I have really loved doing the six class trial at P&C Burleigh! The instructors go the extra mile in each class to have a chat with you and correct your technique. It just feels different (better) than other reformer classes I have done before. I always walk out feeling amazing.

  After having me second baby my body and back took a toll and reformer Pilates was suggested by a good friend to help build and strengthen.
  I did a little research to see which facility was highly recommended and Pilates and Co was at the top of the list.
  After a free intro class with Jackie I was hooked!
  I paid for the intro offer which I have now used all the classes and about to join as a permanent member.
  I just want to say thank you to all the instructors who made me feel so welcome and understood all my postpartum issues.
  Highly recommend :)

  I'm new to reformer Pilates and I absolutely love it. I have had chronic neck pain due to bulging discs in my cervical spine for the last 4 years. I've tried absolutely everything under the sun like chiro, physio, acupuncture, massage and other treatments to relieve the pain, but it
  was all very temporary relief. Since starting reformer, my neck pain is almost non-existent. I wish I had found it sooner, but so happy I found something that works for me.
  I really enjoy the classes at Pilates & Co and the instructors have all been great. The classes are a really good size and the schedule is very accommodating. I would definitely recommend

  I recently purchased an Introductory 6 pack offer to give Pilates on the Reformer a go. I was hopeful that it would help with a few weaknesses in my body that needed extra attention. So far, after 5 classes I'm starting to see improvements with my strength that has been beneficial in my every day. I'm loving it. The 4 different instructors I have had, have all been super professional and welcoming, created a great vibe in the class, and are genuinely interested. I'll be coming back for more!
