The lower back pain that I once had has disappeared, and I'm a more calm, strong person since I started. I even practised all the way through my pregnancy and Maurice and Dom were wonderful throughout, modifying poses to suit what I could safely do.
Attending classes at the Yoga Room is like being part of a tight-knit and highly supportive little community. I would highly recommend Yoga Room to anyone.
