- D S Added December 12, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★After being let down elsewhere, Coolco/ Paul responded quickly to our inquiry. They listened to our requirements, and preferences and came up with a solution, which was a 15.5kw 6 zone ducted system to an older 2 storey property that only had split systems. Their quote was fair and about $4k cheaper than the most expensive quote we had. The guys came early one morning before I left for work, and were completed just before I got home after 5pm. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous throughout, and best of all the job was done to a good standard, and in a timely fashion: from quote to the installation day took

They' ve ordered parts and fixed the ducted air conditioner within a week.

Had air con routinely serviced, did not work after service. Took over 3 weeks to get someone back to look at it. They found a fault, don't know why was not noticed on maintenance check. They then charged $165 for checking for fault and quoting a new one. Won’t use again.
