    WARNING!!!
    Beware HIGH PRESSURE sales TACTICS.

    My wife and I were so appalled at the lack of care, arrogance and extremely poor customer service that were displayed by the store manager and his sales rep that we happily drove an hour out of our way to do business with nicer people.

    Carpet Call tricks you by offering a free measure & quote then they corner you in your own home insisting on a decision to buy while they are there.

    The more he pressed the more I felt it was because he knew I'd find a better deal elsewhere. He was right.

    PROTECT yourself by using someone else whose service is GENUINELY no obligation.

    We ended up with the same quality carpet for thousands cheaper and a much nicer experience with a carpet clearance place in Rocklea.

    What gets rewarded, gets done.

    DONT REWARD THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BUSINESS. THEY DONT DESERVE IT.
