- Clare Best Added February 06, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I rarely write negative reviews, but I was BEYOND appalled with the service at your store yesterday (1/8/18). I walked in to have a look at wedding bands. A brunette lady came up and took one look at my morganite engagement ring and basically said there was nothing there for me. She asked if it was a cubic zirconia and I said no. I picked out a band to try and she said that none would work with the ring I had and that I'd have to get something custom made (which I understood). However, as I left she then said "maybe you should make that ring a promise ring and get your partner to buy you a real engagement ring"..... I was actually speechless and promptly left the store because there was nothing further to say. She was rude, abrupt and clearly didn't want the sale. Being kind is free and not that hard!
