  Amazing service , very kind and understanding staff , knowing exactly what I wanted and asked for was achieved, very happy with my service here at hair candy in hope island , I will definitely be back and highly recommend these amazing ladies if you’re wanting your dream hair

  Please save yourself your hair and money.
  I had brunette hair went in to go copper and 2 full heads of hair extensions
  I had a head of foils put in - my appointment began at 11:15am
  Not realising they had left the foils in too long they rinsed out and put copper toner on
  They blow-dried my hair off and said they would be able to match my extensions unaware that they had snapped all my hair all under off from leaving the foils on too long
  They coloured the extensions and sewed in and did not match at all at this point it is 7pm at night, they said it would fade to match my hair as it did not match.
  Next day went to go get them taken out no one offered to fix the colour they asked why do I want them removed I said the colour doesn't match my hair at all
  went home to find all my hair underneath had been completely snapped and my hair is two different lengths on each side
  
  They are now offering me a olaplex treatment on my hair and will colour the my extensions to match my hair.
  I do not want to return to this store as my hair is so severely damaged I do not want there hair extensions to damage my hair any more as it won't blend into my hair as it is so fried.
  I spent $1799 on this service and now I will have to treat my hair and supplements to repair the damage and the loss of the money I had spent on 2 full heads of extensions that they won't refund on, and saying I have boxed died my hair which has never been done as I go to Oscar Oscar.
  
  yes wavier was signed but this is definitely a situation where a customer shouldn't have to pay for something so terrible from there fault of having foils in for hours to have my hair completely snapped.......

  My experience with Hair Candy Hope Island was amazing. Tia made me feel so comfortable and feel so beautiful. I had no idea what i wanted when i walked in but she talked me through it all step by step and brought it all to life. She did absolutely AMAZING. Highly recommend Hair Candy

  Highly Recommend. I had the complete in-salon experience, a beautiful warm brunette colour refresh, treatment, trim & full head of extensions - I left feeling brand new!! I was after added fullness and I got all that & more! The hair quality is amazing. I've had my extensions in for 4 weeks now and they've stayed so soft, with no matting! The girls at Hair Candy are so friendly and the salon is beautiful. I'm so grateful to have found a salon I love & trust! Can't wait for my next visit. Absolutely OBSESSED.
