  This store has very quickly flipped from being my favourite clothing store in Burleigh to my Least favourite.
  Since moving to the Gold Coast 3 months ago from the UK I have purchased approximately 5 items from this store for work wear. The two in the photo below were worn once a week for 2 months and the fastenings have failed. It's such a shame to spend around $60 on an item of clothing and for it to not last even half a year. Today i went into the Burleigh store with the blue playsuit, the zip had been getting stiffer and 2 weeks ago had to be broken so i could actually get out of it. The girl who i was served by blamed me for the fact the zip was broken and said it was due to the angle i must have been unzipping it?!!
  She admitted that she doesn't often buy clothing with zips like this and told me to go to a seamstress and pay $29 for a new one as they wouldn't be offering me an exchange or gift card in store... Which i most certainly will not be doing.
  It's such a shame to have clothing with eye catching prints and cuts but with such cheap fastenings.
  The strappy dress had a similar issue with the small plastic adjuster breaking in the same time frame.
  
  I'm afraid you have lost a cutomer.

  I'm someone that really struggles to find something I feel good in. I went to Bliss and Beyond and was blown away with the service and assistance. Not only did I leave feeling good about myself I now also have an amazing outfit.

  Terrible shop and “policies” just purchased a dress and had a change of mind (while still in store) they won’t give refunds. Store girl (15yrs old had no idea what to do) called both her managers and they couldn’t be any ruder. Do not shop here the owners have disgusting policies and don’t deserve your money. Plenty of waaaaay better shops than these clowns in Burleigh.

  Burleigh store has the most friendly and helpful staff. As well as the most pretty dresses it is so hard to choose from their selection you just want to take all.
  
  They also extended their RETURN POLICY in order to tailor for their valuable customers. I know there are a few negative feedbacks here about return policy and I think is fair that everyone knows this store DOES takes their client's feedback seriously and tailor for their clients.
  
  I was here to find a dress for a very special occasion. Staff was very welcoming, kind and helpful to guide me through and point me to the most suitable options according to my personal likes. When this special occasion changed, I had to come back weeks later to exchange the dress for a most suitable one. Staff gladly did it with their best attitude. Store was getting busy at the time and they were still able to flow and manage all wonderfully.

  DONT SHOP THERE !!!
  
  Rude rude rude.
  Went back to the store to return a product as I had a change of heart, managements response is “I doubt it since you left the store and perhaps you should have questioned our policy before buying” condescending and poor customer service .
  
  “ wearing an item voids it “ you say, it’s no different to trying it on in the change room. I was gone and wearing it for a matter of minutes before returning to your store, what an absurd excuse
  
  Burleigh Heads James street store is an absolute disgrace. Purchased an item and literally 5 minutes later had a change of mind , still had the receipt and tags and the managers refused to do a refund.
  
  Not once at the time of purchase was their refund policy verbally discussed like the responses from manager comments on other people’s posts suggest.
  
  The managers and store rep refused to do a refund saying it’s “common knowledge “ and because they “clearly” have a sign stating their policy.
  
  That so called “clear “ sign is completely hidden by a wall of sunglasses so the consumer can not see this when at the check out. So decieptful and dishonest, absolutely no way to run a business.
  
  Your policies on refunds and exchanges should be somewhere you can see, not hidden away so you can spring it on unknowing customers.
  
  I will never shop there again and will be telling all my friends and family about how poor the service is.
  
  Just unbelievable that they would refuse a refund 5 minutes after spending my hard earned cash there .
